CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The price for the individual seminars includes seminar notes and documents, break refreshments, lunch on both days and dinner in the evening of the first day and is payable plus VAT after the receipt of the invoice. Once we have received your booking, you receive a letter of confirmation. Cancellations (by letter only) that are received 14 days before the seminar starts will result in a full reimbursement of the seminar price. After that period, the full payment is due and no payments are reimbursable. We are, however, willing to accept a substitute participant without additional cost to you. The organiser reserves the right to change the seminar programme. The organiser can cancel a seminar or change a seminar date for important reasons, i.e. lack of the minimum number of participants. In this case the organiser is not liable for any claims the participants might have.
