Jane Elsner-Bonn
Jane Elsner-Bonn, Managing Director and shareholder of JETS Women, started her career more than 15 years ago as an international consultant and management trainer. During this time, she has implemented and managed various process optimisation, change management, training and coaching projects throughout Europe. Through her senior executive positions with international consultancies, as well as various executive coaching assignments, she has gained intensive insights into male structures, leadership behaviours and power rituals; this also from an intercultural perspective.
