Jean Elsner,
As partner and shareholder of JETS Women, Jean Elsner looks back on many years of life and job experience. She is a British National who came to Germany in the sixties and started her successful career as a self-employed entrepreneur which she developed against all the odds in the then conservative and role-conscious environment of the time. Today she is the Managing Director of the JETS Group and has established her organisation in the German management and sales training market by winning over the hearts and minds of her training participants. As a coach, booked by large German and international organisations, she is particularly involved with issues such as behaviour, style and etiquette in business and has helped various male coachees to reach the top.
